Karryn has been working and involved in the health and wellness industry for over 27 years. In 2011 she decided to open her own wellness centre that being West Toronto Wellness which has been providing Toronto, the GTA and further with various health and wellness services. Her passion lies in helping people feel good inside and out using natural modalities.
Karryn specializes in colon hydrotherapy. Having being a colon hydrotherapist since 1993 she is extremely well experienced and versed in this kind of beneficial treatment. Ear candling, health coaching and body contouring are other services she is an expert in.
Available: Monday thru Friday & one Saturday/ month.
Tamika Merritt RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
After acquiring an Advanced Diploma from Humber College's 3-year Massage Therapy program, Tamika has successfully developed skills, techniques, and great compassion for helping those in need. She is registered through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and remains in good standing with the CMTO. Her additional education certification includes pregnancy care, craniosacral therapy, reflexology (Level 1), Dermoneuromodulation, remedial exercise, and virtual home care. She has also completed multiple Infection Prevention and Control core competency modules provided by Public Health Ontario to keep updated sanitary practices during this tough period.
Practicing for over 6+ years, her professional sessions surround treating musculoskeletal issues, improving the symptoms of headaches and migraines, sleeping pattern issues, TMJ conditions, pre-and postnatal care, and the overall maintenance of healthy muscle and connective tissue. Tamika can provide an experience that will help you achieve a calm mind and true relaxation while creating balance and realignment of the body. Her current passions are continuing education on the nervous system, the relationships between mental and physical health, home care with self-care tools to better the body, the art and history of belly-dancing, and most importantly, family (canines included!).
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at WTWellness. Mobile treatments are also available for an additional fee.

As a clinical social worker, Karin provides psychotherapy services to adults and adolescents through individual, couple and family counselling. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she has developed her own compassionate and strengths-based style of practice working with various mental and emotional health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, low self-esteem and relationship problems.
Karin’s approach includes the use of Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness techniques to bring a greater awareness of one’s own strengths and coping skills for managing stress, improving self-esteem, and beginning effective change to maladaptive thoughts and behaviours.In addition to this, she has experience with using Emotionally-Focused Therapy techniques to help couples identify problem patterns in their communication and to develop deeper connections with each other.

Tonia created a business as she is passionate and committed to helping individuals define and create their ideal lifestyles and/or business. She together with her client explores everything from personal growth and sustainability, to organizing, along with making technical changes in your time and spaces. This process focuses on re-establishing your primary beliefs and thoughts that affect and drive your habits and routines.
Tonia started a career as a teacher, yet after 12 years she decided to follow her passion of helping people create spaces to match their ideal lives. She realized fast that while an organized space can be transformative, it was just the first step in making space to grow and evolve. Tonia began to apply her background in education, the arts, and psychology — along with trial and error — to create an integrated process for individuals to meet their goals, and values. She prides herself as a lifelong learner and continues to study mental health, human behaviour and well being.
